First Associate Partners are those partners selected to represent Child Drowning Prevention, Llc., and the National Registry of Aquatic Instructors within a country of origin.

  EXCLUSIVE OPTION

The “First Associate Partner" may negotiate for the exclusive option to the entire country they reside and operate in. They shall duplicate CDP and its NRAI program, including website development to the extent that it is translated to the language of the country with original images of students and instructors from that area. They shall also receive the non-exclusive right to service any inquiries to instruct students from other countries and areas until such time that an associate partner can be developed in that out of country area.

RIGHT TO EXPAND

The First Associate Partner may negotiate to retain the option to any other country or area they want to expand in, provided however:

• That CDP has announced its intent to operate in that country or area;

• That someone from that country is not currently under Agreement with CDP;

• That the fee for the First Associate Partner license is met.
